OFCCP Statement of Compliance

Jobscience has partnered with the leading provider of Resume Aggregation Management (RAM) - DataFrenzy - to provide its clients with the highest level of service and the confidence that comes with ensuring OFCCP compliance.

As the world’s largest job distribution and resume management company, DataFrenzy was requested by its Clients to modify the popular RAM (Resume Aggregate Manager) multiple resume database searching tool to provide compliance with OFCCP (Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs) reporting requirements set in place on February 6, 2006. The RAM is the only OFCCP solution reviewed and vetted for its ability to search multiple external resume databases, return the data in rank order of relevance to the search criteria, and provide the reporting necessary to meet the federal government’s strict requirements regarding documentation of activities from external resume databases.

Complying with the OFCCP reporting requirements necessitates the capacity to store and retrieve large amounts of data. Data Frenzy’s information technology architecture was designed specifically for this task; on behalf of its Clients, the company currently manages over 350 gigs of data in active searchable databases. The data is stored and backed up within a state of the art colocation facility. The RAM stores a record of each resume retrieved, the requisition for which the resume was received, and all actions taken by any staff member while using Data Frenzy’s servers. This eliminates the need to burden individual staff members with compliance, and provides a single source for reporting when addressing an OFCCP audit.

OFCCP Regulations are the subject of interpretation; as such it the responsibility of you, the Client, to review all RAM features with your legal counsel to determine if this product complies with your Company’s interpretation of the OFCCP Regulations.

The RAM has the following features relevant to OFCCP definitions:

One (1) RAM search is defined as the action of robotically posting a User’s search criteria to multiple resume databases, as selected by the User, and the retrieval of the resultant resumes to a centralized application hosted by Data Frenzy where the User is displayed all resultant resumes from all sources.

Users may input a requisition number for each search.

For each search, the search criteria entered to perform the search, the date of the search, and the resultant resumes from all databases are stored for a period of at least 2 years from the search date. a. For subsequent searches (re-runs of a previous search) the results of each search are aggregated for User simplicity, but for reporting purposes are identified as separate searches in the database.

Users may store Notes on each resume.
